This is not a standard chat forum. This is a Knowledge Ledger designed to distil noise into actionable, permanent documentation. To maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio, we operate on a specific governance pipeline:
1. The Helpful Filter
If you see a question that is well-asked, or an answer that solves a problem effectively, mark it as Helpful.
- Why? The 15 most helpful conversations are automatically promoted to the site footer for immediate team access.
- Purpose: This tells the Admin and Experts what information is currently most valuable to the community.
2. Elevation to Documentation
Once a conversation reaches a high "Helpful" count, an Admin will review the thread and formalize the findings into a Document.
- This removes the "chatter" and leaves only the clinical facts, instructions, or decisions.
3. Quality Control (Rating & NI)
Once a Document is created, the community remains responsible for its accuracy:
- Star Ratings: Rate documents based on utility. A document with 3 x 5-star ratings is promoted to the "Top Knowledge" list in the footer.
- Needs Improvement (NI): If a document is outdated, unclear, or incorrect, hit the NI button, Admin is notified in the Admin section.
- Expert Review: When a document receives NI flags, an Expert user will be notified to "rehabilitate" the document, ensuring it remains the source of truth.
4. Clinical Roles
Respect the hierarchy of information:
- Admins: Oversee governance, pinning, and locking.
- Experts: Responsible for the technical accuracy of Documents.
- Moderators: Ensure discussions remain productive and on-topic.
- Authors: Create plugins in the store
Goal: Spend less time repeating questions and more time building a searchable, indestructible record of our work.

For advanced users: Please fork the Ledger repository, apply your fix to a new branch, and submit a Pull Request (PR) back to the main repo.
